Lucy Walsh from Crystal Clear Compliance carried out an assessment of my work room at home. I work as a hypnotherapist and piano teacher so the space is used for different purposes. At first I had just assumed that Lucy would assess if there were any potential dangers or issues, but she asked many questions establishing my exact work practises. She thought of things I hadn't even considered such as what procedures did I have in place to keep me safe from new clients/strangers coming into my home, and came up with solutions to put into practise. Lucy then compiled many detailed documents relating specifically to my business which included fire safety assessment, policies and procedures. The fire risk assessment is clear and highlights areas that need attention which in my case involved having a fire policy and the need for a fire extinguisher. Lucy also produced a very precise risk assessment which showed that she had appraised and checked every possible eventuality for potential hazards. As part of the package there were also and accident report log and accident form to fill in if required and a log to complete each month to prove I have checked the smoke detector.

All these documents were beautifully presented in a bespoke manner which incorporated my work logo and considering the amount of detail were produced swiftly. I would whole heartedly recommend Lucy for any health and safety needs because not only does she have immense knowledge, she is professional, approachable and efficient.
